By accessing the bagi4 website or application, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of these Terms. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us. These Terms apply only to individuals aged 18 or older. Use of the bagi4 platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and it is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure minors do not access this platform. In the event of any legal dispute, the Bangla version of these Terms shall be considered the authoritative document.

To create an account on bagi4, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a clear violation of these Terms and may result in the account being suspended or closed at any time. Each individual may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence. It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — especially your password — completely confidential.

You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any unauthorized access by a third party. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, notify the bagi4 support team immediately. We reserve the right to restrict withdrawals or other specific services until the KYC (identity verification) process is completed. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.

• Providing accurate National ID or passport details at registration is mandatory.
• Your account will not be activated without mobile number verification.
• It is recommended to change your password at least once every six months.
• Logging into multiple accounts from the same device is prohibited.

While using the bagi4 platform, you are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities. Harassing other users, spreading false information, or attempting to interfere with the system in any unauthorized manner is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. The use of automated software, bots, or artificial strategies in betting activities is not permitted.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. bagi4 is legally obligated to report to the relevant authorities any transactions suspected of being linked to money laundering or terrorist financing. Your participation in betting is entirely your own choice and decision, and you acknowledge that betting carries financial risk.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our services — temporarily or permanently — at any time, with or without cause. bagi4 is not obligated to provide compensation for any interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues. Any financial decisions made based on information or strategies obtained through our services are entirely at the user's own risk.

All financial transactions on bagi4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). For deposits and withdrawals, we support local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Each deposit is credited to your account after verification, and withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process.
